Local drama in primetime nudged 1m viewers last night with Home & Away pushing into second place in its timeslot at 975,000 viewers.
It comes ahead of the return of ‘Brax and Ricky’ in early March, which could potentially set new season highs.
But there was no stopping Married at First Sight at 1.86m for Nine, well ahead of Australian Idol (750,000), 7:30 (736,000), Foreign Correspondent (522,000) and Australian Survivor (412,000).
Later The Hunting Wives was 467,000 ahead of Todd Sampson’s Why? (358,000), Doc (318,000), Marc Fennell’s Australia’s Greatest Conman (216,000), NCIS and If You’re Listening (both TBA).
Nine News drew 1.29m then wins by A Current Affair (1.04m) and Tipping Point (711,000).
Seven News won with 1.37m for Seven. The Chase was 597,000.
ABC News scored 945,000 for ABC then Hard Quiz (309,000) and Grand Designs Transformations (TBA) which for some reason now gets a Tuesday repeat.
Millionaire Hot Seat was 302,000 then 10 News (282,000) then Deal or No Deal, 10 News+ 10 Late News (all TBA).
