Fans Rejoice: ‘Virgin River’ Returns This Month
Alexandra Breckenridge, a Connecticut native, is back for Season 7 of Virgin River, premiering March 12 on Netflix.
Born in Bridgeport and raised in Darien before moving west as a child, Breckenridge stars as Melinda Monroe. The character, a nurse practitioner, originally came to Virgin River after losing her first husband in a tragic accident.
In the upcoming season, Mel begins her honeymoon with her second husband, marking a hopeful new chapter in her emotional journey.
Breckenridge has also built an impressive television résumé with roles in American Horror Story, This Is Us, and The Walking Dead.
